SPECTACULAR PROWLING BEAR BY THE MASTER INUIT CARVER PAUL KAVIK. THIS MASTERPIECE WAS ACQUIRED DIRECTLY FROM HIS HANDS IN SANIKILUAQ (ARCTIC CANADA). THIS BEAUTIFUL CENTERPIECE IS NEW AND IS WORTH MORE THAN DOUBLE THE PRICE IN AN INUIT ART GALLERY!

This stunning piece comes with an Igloo Tag (Certified of Authenticity) and an igloo sticker.

This sculpture measures 6" tall, 8" long, 10" nose to toe.

The sculpture is made out of argillite.

The carving is completely perfect. No imperfections!

The sculpture is signed by the artist Paul Kavik (from Sanikiluaq, Arctic Canada)

This is a remarkable piece with textured waved lines passing through the body which really illuminate it in its entirety. It has a very smooth and solid grain.

This is what caught my eye when I saw this piece:

1) Paul Kavik (very acclaimed artist), please refer to the list of his international exhibitions below.

2) The color is a beautiful green with black stripes

3) The size is big

The proportions, the subject, and smooth polish and finish are all without a doubt - perfect! It is polished extremely well which is what gives it such a smooth texture.

The carving techniques used was done with very close attention to detail and care, as the curves and edges are extremely smooth and crisp.

**The white spots are lights from a camera flash. We tried our very best to eliminate this glare as much as possible, but the carving is so well polished, that it is like a mirror.
***SHIPPING: Insurance is already included into the shipping price.

We buy directly from the artist and can offer you better deals. The sculpture itself speaks for itself. The detail, the movement, the polish and shine. Outstanding!

PAUL KAVIK
